The Town Hall can be rented for the following fees:
Usage Fees: A $100.00 deposit fee along with the rental fee listed below are required in advance, (separate checks), deposit to be voided when the premises are approved after use.
NO GARAGE SALES, AUCTION SALES, ETC.
NON-RESIDENT: $100.00
GOVERNMENTAL GROUPS: $75.00 PER MEETING
CRAFT SALES: $100.00
ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
DEPOSITS WILL BE DESTROYED AFTER REVIEW OF HALL
NO MEETING CHARGE FOR:
1) Non-profit youth groups meeting. $50.00 fee will be charged for any other event.
2) Government meetings where a Grant Valley Township Supervisor is involved in the meeting and representing Grant Valley Township.
